Safety instructions

- A10VSO pump is designed for use in open loop.

- Project planning, assembly and commissioning of axial piston units must be carried out by qualified personnel.

- Please read the instruction manual thoroughly before using the axial piston unit.

- Please obtain these manuals from Bosch Rexroth if necessary.

- There may be a risk of burning of axial piston units (especially electromagnets) during and shortly after operation. Appropriate safety measures should be taken (e.g. wearing protective clothing).

- Depending on the operating conditions of the axial piston unit (operating pressure, oil temperature), the characteristics may change.

- Working pipeline oil outlet:

· Oil opening and fixed thread design for maximum specified pressure. The manufacturer of the machine or system must ensure that the safety factor of the connecting elements and lines meets the specified operating conditions (pressure, flow, hydraulic fluid, temperature).

· Work line inlet and functional outlet are designed for hydraulic line only.

- Pressure cut-off and pressure control do not provide overvoltage protection. Separate relief valves are provided in the hydraulic system.

- The data and instructions contained herein must be followed.

- The product is not certified to meet the requirements of the general machine safety concept of DIN EN ISO 13849.

- Using the following tightening torque:

Joint:

Please refer to manufacturer's instructions for tightening torque of joints to be used.

· Mounting bolts: For mounting bolts conforming to DIN 13 ISO metric thread standards and ASME B1.1 thread standards, we recommend that the tightening torque be checked separately according to VDI 2230.

· Threaded hole of axial piston unit:

The maximum allowable tightening torque MG Max is the maximum for threaded holes and shall not exceed this value.

· Locking screw:

For metal lock screws supplied with axial plunger units, tightening torque MV is applied.
